About David
David is a graduate of Temple University with his bachelor’s in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey & Pennsylvania. With more than 33 years of extensive experience in review, planning, analysis, design, contract administration and field engineering, he has served as principal engineer and project manager for infrastructure projects throughout various municipal and government entities.
David’s Role
David will serve as project manager for our municipal and private clients and will be the lead of our QAQC review process. The latter will provide our engineering staff with incredible mentorship that only an experienced Professional Engineer can give.
